Terms of Service

1. Service

Originly provides a design registration service that creates public, timestamped records of uploaded designs. We are not a legal authority and do not provide copyright registration or legal protection.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the designs you upload. By uploading, you grant Originly a license to display the design on your public record page as part of the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not upload content that:

• You do not own or have rights to
• Is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Contains malware or malicious code

5. Record Integrity

Once a design is registered, the creator name and registration date are permanently recorded. This is by design and cannot be altered after registration.

6. Paid Features

Certain features, such as adding a listing URL to a design record, require a one-time payment. All payments are final and non-refundable.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Originly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Design records are not a substitute for formal copyright registration.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
